Open the Health tab and check notifications, exact alarms, full-screen intent, and battery optimization. These permissions protect reliable wakeups.
QR scan not working?
Make sure the QR spot is allowed for the alarm. Only selected locations can dismiss the current alarm.
Super Alarm on iPhone
Install the production iPhone app from the App Store, enroll an object or QR spot, allow notifications and sound, then run the setup test.
Export diagnostics
Go to the Health tab and export diagnostics. Attach the JSON file to your email with your device model and OS version.
