No account required. Open the app → tap Add Wakeup Spot → grant camera and notification permissions → use Test Alarm to verify everything works before your first real morning.
Open Settings in the app and check the Device Reliability section. Grant Exact Alarm permission, Full-Screen Intent, and relax battery optimization for Super Alarm. These are required for reliable Android alarms.
Make sure the QR spot is enrolled in your alarm's allowed locations. The switch next to each spot must be on. Only enrolled locations will dismiss the alarm.
On iOS, Super Alarm uses scheduled notifications. Tap the notification when it arrives to open the QR dismissal flow. Grant notification permission when prompted.
Go to Settings → Export Waking History. Attach the JSON file to your support email. It contains alarm settings, attempt history, and diagnostic events — helpful for troubleshooting.
